At Bradleys Radiators, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and transparently. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Method
We currently offer one standard shipping service:
- 48-Hour Delivery – UK Mainland
- Fulfilled via Royal Mail
- Available for UK Mainland addresses only
Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days
- Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 48 hours
- Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout
- Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before payment is completed
Delivery Area
- We currently ship to UK Mainland addresses only
- We do not deliver to:
- Offshore islands
- Northern Ireland
- International destinations

Order Tracking
Where available, Royal Mail tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Responsibility
While we strive to meet delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Postal disruptions
- Peak delivery periods (e.g. Christmas)
Bradleys Radiators cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
